As you have probably noticed, when you are in the “Artworks” tab of your back office, your artworks are divided into several categories (Awaiting Approval, Approved, Rejected, etc.).
Below you fill find an explanation of what these categories mean.
Awaiting Approval
Once you have created a new artwork, it will appear in this category. Our verification team are responsible for approving it. This allows us to correct any mistakes, monitor the quality of the photos, etc. so that the artwork’s page is perfect! It takes around two working days for our team to verify all the information and move the work into the Approved category.
Approved
In this section, you will find a list of all the approved artworks that you have added on Artsper. To find out how to edit your works and what all the icons below the picture do, please read this article.
Inactive
If you do not want an artwork to appear on the website anymore but you do not want to delete it permanently, you can make it inactive (click here to find out how). You can see all your inactive artworks in this tab. You can reactivate them at any time by clicking on the action button.
Rejected
In some cases, your artwork may not be approved. This could be due to the following issues: the photo’s quality is too low, we may think that the measurements are inaccurate, etc. All rejected works can be found in this category. To find out what you should do in such cases, please refer to this article.
Saved
When you are in the process of creating an artwork and filling in all the information required, you can exit your work in progress and return to it later. To avoid losing your work, click on “Save and exit”. All your saved artworks are in this category.
