As you have probably noticed, when you are in the “Artworks” tab of your back office, your artworks are divided into several categories (Awaiting Approval, Approved, Rejected, etc.).
Below you fill find an explanation of what these categories mean.
Once you have created a new artwork, it will appear in this category. Our verification team are responsible for approving it. This allows us to correct any mistakes, monitor the quality of the photos, etc. so that the artwork’s page is perfect! It takes around two working days for our team to verify all the information and move the work into the Approved category.
In this section, you will find a list of all the approved artworks that you have added on Artsper. To find out how to edit your works and what all the icons below the picture do, please read this article.
If you do not want an artwork to appear on the website anymore but you do not want to delete it permanently, you can make it inactive (click here to find out how). You can see all your inactive artworks in this tab. You can reactivate them at any time by clicking on the action button.
In some cases, your artwork may not be approved.
