You may not have provided all the information required before an artwork is placed online.
If this is the case, the artwork is in the “Saved” category, click on the “Edit” button to see what information is missing.
Once this information has been entered, return to the “Validation of the artwork” button.
If you have clicked on “Validate the artwork” but the artwork does still not appear on the website, this is because your artwork has not yet been approved by our team.
We review every artwork before placing it online in order to correct any errors (typos, poor quality photo, etc.). Artworks awaiting validation are in the “Awaiting approval” category.
We need around two working days to validate your artwork.
Once the artwork has been validated, it will appear in the “Approved” section.
