1. Fill in the artist
If they already exists choose among the dropdown list, or create their profile.
2. Import the photos of your works:
- Main image: cropped photograph of the artwork - Images 2, 3, 4, 5... : details of the artwork, the signature, the work in situ, etc.
- 2 images are required for all artworks except prints and photographs.
- If possible, please upload images as JPG or JPEG files.
- The size of the file needs to be less than 10 MB.
- Your image needs to be at least 600px on one of the sides.
3. Fill in all the required information about the work
The "Artwork title" corresponds to the title. You absolutely must not show:
- Quotation marks
- Year of the work
- Artist’s name
Below is an example that respects the all the guidelines:
In this example, only the text "La Creacion del Inca" was entered in the "Artwork title" field, and the rendering is perfect.
Also be sure to:
- Do not add '0€' to the "Artwork price" field. Price transparency is a key criterion for Artsper
- For sculptures, do not fill in the "0 cm", each field must contain the exact dimensions
- Do not enter an outrageous price (EX. a photo at 150,000€) or your work will never be sold!
- Do not write "Damaged Works" or "Small Defects", only works in perfect condition are approved on Artsper
- Do not write "In Good Condition" or something similar. The mention "Work sold in perfect condition" automatically appears on all pages
- Check the spelling of each personality name entered in the title of work. (EX. Marilyn Monroe, not Marylin Monroe)
- Do not create several records for a single work, even when several formats of a single work are for sale. Create a single file for the work in question and integrate a single format for the photos (main and others). In this case, mention that the work is available in several formats / dimensions in the description.
4. Presentation of the work
This category is optional but useful if you want to tell more about the work or if it has specificities not indicated in the information in step 3.
5. Indicate the delivery time and the origin of the work
